The Governing Body regards the school hall and wider premises as a valuable community asset and will make every reasonable effort to enable their use by community or commercial organisations where appropriate. Any such use will be carefully considered to ensure it does not detract from the school’s primary purpose of providing the best possible education for its pupils or conflict with the school’s ethos and safeguarding responsibilities.

A charge will be levied for all lettings to cover the additional costs incurred by the school, and to ensure that the school’s delegated budget is not used to subsidise external use of the premises.
